Occasionally due to mishap’s and Online Oopsie’s you may need to return items to us and we want this to be as easy as possible for our customers.  Please find below clear instructions on when returns are possible and how to return items to us quickly and conveniently. With each and every item that we ship out we will always enclose a returns form for your convenience.

All items must be securely returned back to us within 28 days, refund will be on item price only, and no delivery will be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 28 day period and please send all returns back to us by registered post so that tracking is available.  We cannot be responsible for items lost and not received by us.

A £2.95 re-packing charge will be required for any items returned without original packaging or tags.

All of our garments should be checked before use, as we do not and will not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault with the garment has quickly revealed itself after initial wear.  In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before returning them back to us  in accordance with the manufacturer’s label. Tights in particular will not be accepted back for any reason unless unworn.

We must be notified within 7 days of any faulty goods.  We will replace any damaged item that is not received by you in good condition all you have to do is take a picture of the goods and email us outlining the issue with the product. We will then confirm that you can return the goods and we will e-mail the details of how to return the items to us.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in with packaging and tags, if they are not in the original conditions then the return will be refused and sent back to you.

In the circumstance that your goods are faulty or damaged when received we will provide an identical item in exchange for the damaged goods or a full refund on return of the item.  All items received contain a returns form containing the relevant information for returning items back to us.

Please put the returns form in with the package indicating why you are returning the item and why.   Please let us know on the returns form if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.   In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning, please print clearly and check all details.  You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

If you are asking for an exchange as the size you ordered does not fit, you will have to cover the postage costs for the replacement item(s). If you want a larger size that has a higher price you will have to cover the cost before the exchange is sent out. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a refund or the item can stay on back order and will be shipped as soon as it is available.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs or underwear garments even if the item is returned unworn. Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty.   All items returned are inspected for malicious damage prior to any refunds.

Please be advised that all returns take up to 10 working days to process.  All returns are processed on Saturdays and this is when your refund or new item will be sent out.  If your exchange is urgent then please make us aware on the information section of the returns form.

All of our deliveries are shipped in secure packing.  It s the responsibility of the recipient that parcels must be checked at the time of delivery.  Any damaged parcels received must be signed for as damaged and photographs should be taken of the damaged parcel to substantiate any claim.
